PROBLEM
Until recently, dust suppression has involved expensive systems such as bag houses and electrostatic precipitators.
SOLUTION
In 1981, MicroCool®, pioneered the use of high-pressure fine fog systems. Our research and product development has been essential in helping clients meet the EPA PM 10 standards for dust suppression. MicroCool®'s proven technology generates 10 micron water droplets which attract and suppress PM 10 and smaller dust particles.
In addition, each EnviroMist® dust suppression system is designed and engineered specifically for each application, taking into account the type of dust and the processes that produce it. Meets new EPA rules which set particle size limits for dust as low as 2.5 microns in diameter.
