GREENHOUSE HUMIDIFICATION

PROBLEM
Typically all growers have a problem with low humidity and high temperatures. Serious problems occur when the humidity in the greenhouse environment drops below 30% RH. Plants will suffer and typically slow or halt the growing process.

In fact, many greenhouses in arid conditions close down for the summer months until ambient temperatures will reduce to an acceptable level.

SOLUTION
MicroCool® addresses these problems by using high pressure fog flash comprised of 10 micron droplets that quickly evaporate into the air to cool and humidify without wetting. Propagation and germination processes are improved as the system maintains a high humidity (over 90%) for effective production.

Conventional systems such as Pad & Fan do not provide the cooling required or results are uneven. Large fans are required and incur huge energy costs.

Computer or analog control systems precisely control the humidity and temperature to exacting levels thereby reducing energy costs. Temperature reductions of up to 35°F (15°C) can be expected in many situations. In addition, these control systems can integrate all other greenhouse functions and systems such as boilers and irrigation valves.

University tests prove that MicroCool® can effectively increase production and quality for greenhouse growers. To review a report on the effectiveness of a MicroCool® system in a greenhouse.
