Every MicroCool pump is designed, manufactured and tested in our California facility. Each pump unit incorporates a Variable Speed Drive control which enables the operator to control the speed of the pump motor and affect the flow of the pump. MicroCool nozzles are all made in the USA (unlike many that come from Asia), the quality control and tolerances are strictly governed by our production team to ensure the highest quality. Each nozzle and anti-drip comes with an integral filter giving an extra protection to every nozzle on every system.
Water treatment and hygiene is always at the top of everyone’s mind. MicroCool matched Reverse Osmosis and UV systems remove all of the minerals that cause nozzle blockage and dusting from the water. UV lights make sure that 99% of all water born bacteria is removed before being atomized in the air.
