In order to serve you better, we are proud to announce that MicroCool has opened it's own "in-house" service center with factory trained technicians working from our main office in the Coachella Valley.

With a seasonal maintenance agreement with MicroCool, holders benefit from a reduction in labor costs and a 10% discount on all parts used. Please contact the service department for a quotation or a sample agreement.

Before you make a request for a Service Call, may we suggest that you double check the following settings:

Water is Turned On.
Electricity is Turned On.
Wall Switch is On.
Switch on Pump set to AUTO or MAN.
